Our Alhaurín Office covers from Fuengirola to Nerja and requires assistance in many areas of day-to-day running to maintain it's smooth operation. From typing up a letter or sending an invoice, to answering the phone or greeting clients, when things get busy in our Alhaurín office, we all chip in where we can and an experienced assistant will ensure that others time is freed up allowing them to concentrate on their area of expertise. The successful applicant will be happy to maintain their daily tasks but thrive to jump in and assist others when really needed. Experience in clerical demands for a busy office is needed for this position and common sense to be able to assist others in different areas will be required from time to time. A good telephone manor is a must (with extra languages being a bonus here & resulting in higher earnings) together with good typing skills & fluency in common office applications. The ability to use simplified web platforms and user interfaces will be needed at times however the right person if not familiar in this area would easily pick it up in no time.
